July 15, on a site of NPO “ELSIB” OAO, a session of the Board of directors of the large enterprises of Kirov district has been held.
Director on Production of “ELSIB”, Dmitry Bezmelnitsin, acquainted the guests with the productive capacities, told about the achievements and newest equipment with which the plant is being equipped at last time. After that, an extended session of the Board of directors of the enterprises of Kirov district has been held.
A session was opened by Head of Administration of Kirov district, V.A.Vyazovykh, and Chairman of Board of directors of Kirov district, M.G.Kuzmin.
The participants of the session, with an interest, have acquainted with two presentations: Director on Development, Oleg Pastukhov, told about an introducing of saving production, and Director on Staff and Organizational Development, Olga Fetisova, presented a report “An optimization of business processes of NPO “ELSIB” OAO”. Then, General director of company, Korney Gibert, sounded the main production and financial features of operation for last year and pointed the forecasting results of current year. A great interest was caused among the presenting people due to a system of certification and a functioning of QMS. An emotional discussion on the innovation technologies of large business and possible ways of successful introducing of the perspective projects by the joint efforts has taken place.
Also, the participants of the session concerned the common problems of the district that, this year, will celebrate its 40^th anniversary. Head of Administration, V.A.Vyazovykh, told about the future measures on a preparation to jubilee solemn events. A keen discussion was caused by a question of provision with the places at children kindergartens of Kirov district: a problem with a deficit of the children kindergartens is a rather serious – really, already 3800 children are registered in a queue for a giving of the places. The different mechanisms of a solving of this problem were discussed. The most significant tasks will be seriously worked out and realized.
At the end of session, Tatyana Polinevich acquainted the presenting people with a Program of state co-financing of pension deposits.
By the words of Head of Administration of Kirov district of Novosibirsk, such meetings allow to solve constructively the vital problems of the district, exchange by progressive experience and discuss the progressive plans of development.
