July 23, the meeting of German delegation of the entrepreneurs of machine building branch and a management of NPO “ELSIB” OAO has been held. This event has passed within the planned business visit. At a content of the participants of a delegation – the representatives of the Bavarian firms with a specialization for a production of electric equipment and advanced equipment for many branches of industry, for a consulting services in a field of machine building. The Bavarian entrepreneurs visited Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Tyumen and other cities in which a machine building is developed. In Novosibirsk, as an example of developed machine building enterprise, NPO “ELSIB” OAO was chosen.
An acquaintance with the company began from a visiting of main production building. Deputy of General director – Director on Production, D.A.Bezmelnitsin, has conducted an excursion during which the guests have acquainted with a process of manufacturing of the units and parts, an assembly of electric machines. Also, for the guests, the newest machine-tools, many of which were purchased in Germany, were demonstrated. After an excursion, for the participants, a presentation devoted to an activity of the company was presented. A great interest of the entrepreneurs was caused by a realization of investment program.
This program started with “ELSIB” in 2007 and was directed to technical rearmament of a production and an extension of technological capabilities of the enterprise. An impact was done on a purchasing of the most advanced equipment which could give a qualitative result for a long time. For this period, the company has purchased the newest high-technology equipment from Japanese, Korean and European producers. In 2010, it was planned a purchasing of equipment of German company “Schuemann”.
The dynamic features of a realization of investment program confirm that the shareholders of the company are ready for an achievement of complicated strategic aims. In 2010, it was planned to conquer, during a realization of this program, 300.1 mln. R.
The Bavarian machine builders have offered to expand a number of directions of an activity within investment program. By their opinion, it should modernize not only the large technological purposes, that is, to purchase the main productive equipment. There is a sense to pay attention also to smaller aspects of a production within a provision of productive activity – for example, to improve a step of packing and pre-sale preparation of the products. The Bavarian entrepreneurs noted the possible points of coinciding of the interests in this question.
