July 23, 2010, a memorandum on a co-operation between NPO “ELSIB” OAO and JSC “Saturn – Gas turbines” was signed.
The memorandum strengthens an agreement on an interaction and co-operation in a field of designing and supply of PGU and GTU between two largest enterprises of Russia.
 
The purpose of co-operation of our enterprises is a strategic partnership in a creation of a number of design solutions of gas turbo-units on a base of the gas turbine motors of a production of JSC “Saturn – Gas turbines” and the turbogenerators of NPO “ELSIB” OAO production for an application of them in gas turbine and steam and gas plants of different circuits.
As a result of the co-operation, a series realization of the projects “turn-key” of ground gas turbine power industry which are based on the motors of unit capacity from 2.5 to 25 MW (at short term perspective – up to 60 MW) will become, that will allow to create the gas turbine thermal power plants (GTTPPs) for the needs of small power industry, municipal power branch and power branch of utilities, JSC “Gazprom”, JSC “RZHD”, oil and gas enterprises.
The proposed scope of a realization of the projects – up to 50 gas turbine units per year, at a horizon of planning of 2014-2015.
The priority projects for today: a program of increasing of power effectiveness of municipal power branch and utilities in Siberian Federal District (a leader of project – NPO “ELSIB” OAO) and a program of a creation of the objects of generation of JSC “RZHD” (a leader of project – JSC “Saturn – Gas turbines”).
For a realization of the intentions, the working team the main task of which was an operative conducting of developed projects, monitoring of market, promoting of joint projects, attraction of contractors, an organization of an interaction of design services in a field of development of new joint products and solving of other questions arising at a realization of the projects, was established.
In a content of the working team, Commercial director on Power Projects of JSC “Saturn – Gas turbines”, A.S.Karaolganov, and Adviser of General director on Diversification of Business of NPO “ELSIB” OAO, Ye.G.Lisitsin, were included.
