Taking into consideration the current situation in Russia, the main objective of power equipment owners and Russian manufacturers of electric machines is maintenance of highly effective and reliable operation of installed equipment, its development and upgrading.    This can be achieved only through qualified systemic approach to maintenance organization based on the use of modern service technologies.

“ELSIB” has been authorized in RJSC “Unified Power System (UPS) of Russia”:

• to perform the following types of activities:  “Repair, Installation and startup of electric-power facility equipment” (certificate No. E-5-101501-04 dated 15.10. 2001).
• to ship equipment and spare parts to electric-power facilities (certificate No. E-6-101501-04 dated 15.10.2001).
• to perform the following types of activities:  “Inspection, testing and diagnostics of electric-power facilities” (certificate No. E-8-101501-04 dated 15.10. 2001).

OBJECTIVES of maintenance services provided by “ELSIB” include:

• High-quality quick fulfillment of electric-power facility requirements as well as the requirements of other industrial facilities concerning repair, upgrading, current maintenance of equipment produced by “ELSIB” and other companies at reasonable prices.
• Ensuring effective operation of customer equipment both during warranty and post-warranty maintenance period.
• Establishing long-term contacts with customers in order to ensure mutually rewarding cooperation.

“ELSIB” performs maintenance of its products both during warranty and post-warranty operation:

• during the warranty period the Center performs chief-installation and installation, repair work, staff training at facilities using “ELSIB” products
• during the post-warranty period the Center performs diagnostics, maintenance of equipment, shipment of spare parts and units, repair and upgrading of equipment

“ELSIB” provides engineering services regarding:

• the selection of new electric motors from “ELSIB” product range as a replacement for industrial motors  of other manufacturers, worn out or requiring upgrading as well as customizing their design and parameters according to specific requirements of customers.
